Something fishy is going on
So as I was out perusing the internet seeing what fun information I could find, I stopped by the Gallatin County Republicans website (www.gallatinrepublicans.com) and it appears as though they are endorsing a candidate for the city commission race coming up in November. They only have a link for one of the candidates Eric Henyon, the guy who has been living in Bozeman for two years and wants to be mayor by winning the most votes. Can anyone say carpetbagger??
Nonetheless, the city commission race is non-partisan and by the GCR only having a link for Mr. Henyon appears to be an attempt to put an R behind his name. On the other hand the GCD website has links for all 6 of the candidates, not just the ones who may be known Dems. This race is going to get nasty no doubt, but the repugs should at least have the courtesy to put links of all the candidates on their website, because this race is non-partisan...
Another interesting note on MR. Henyon, he has not been at any of the local meetings regarding garbage privatization, which is a pretty big issue right now, and very well could be a determining factor in the race. But I guess that is okay cuz he is going to be mayor, and mayors never have to go to those important meetings.

I went to college w. Henyon in Wyo.
He does not have a teaching Cert. He never taught in Laramie as he claims. I believe the degree he actually earned was in English or a related field.
Always fancied himself a big enviro-greenie.
He has a serious prob with padding his resume.
As a native Montana guy, I say send him back to Ol' Virginny.
